PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enjoy the best possible views of the city and its bridges and bay as you relax in elegant comfort. This modern, light space has three outdoor balconies, two indoor lofts, and private off-street parking. Two of the three balconies have panoramic views from the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown San Francisco to well beyond the Bay bridge and Oakland. The third balcony, off of one of the guest bedrooms, is over the private parking lot and looks up the hillside toward the top of Twin Peaks.

Master Bedroom:


The master bedroom has a balcony with breathtaking city views, a pillow top queen bed, soft linens, and plenty of closet and drawer space. It also has a private loft-style sitting room with a TV.

The master bathroom features a sunken Japanese soaking tub with city views, and a step-down shower, two sinks, and private toilet. 

Second bedroom:

The second bedroom has a brand new pillow-top California King bed and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the condo and side of Twin Peaks. This room gets full afternoon sun, excellent for a mid-day nap.

Third bedroom:

The third bedroom has two luxury-level twin beds, floor to ceiling bookshelves, and a loft with built-in drawers beneath, a desk and small mirror and private sink above. A large skylight and west-facing windows ensure plenty of light. 

The second and third bedroom share a full bath in the hallway with a shower/tub and a washer/dryer set up. 

Living room:

The main living area downstairs has a glass wall with a huge sliding door that leads to a balcony with panoramic views of the city and the bay.  The adjoining dining room also has large windows looking down on the city. On clear days you can see from west of the Golden Gate Bridge to Oakland and the East bay. 

Downtown SF is a fifteen minute drive during low traffic times. Noe Valley, the Castro, and Cole Valley are all within a 10-15 minute walk; the #37 bus is only a block away.

NEIGHBORHOOD: TWIN PEAKS. The condo is in Twin Peaks, a quiet residential area that borders Upper Market, the Castro, Noe valley, and Cole Valley.  Due to its location near the top of Twin Peaks, it boasts spectacular views of the city.

Twin Peaks is the most popular lookout point in San Francisco, dubbed the "gold standard" of views by the San Francisco Chronicle. 



PARKING SITUATION

One parking spot is available in the complex's private parking lot.  Additional street parking is always available at the top of the driveway along Burnett Avenue.

Union Square is 3.2 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 19 min. By public transportation: 25 min. Take Bus #37 on Corbett Ave toward Masonic/Haight.  Stop at Market St & Castro St.  Go down the stairs to the muni and take the M, KT, or L Light rail toward Downtown.  Get off at Powell St.

The Moscone Center is 3.6 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 16min. By public transportation: 25 min. Take Bus #37 on Corbett Ave toward Masonic/Haight.  Stop at Market St & Castro St. Then take M, KT, or L Light rail towards Downtown.  Get off at Powell St., then walk to Moscone Center.

The Fisherman’s Warf is 6.5 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 22min. By public transportation: 53 min. Take Bus #37 on Corbett Ave toward Masonic/Haight.  Get off at Market and Sanchez St. Then take F Light rail toward Fisherman's Wharf, get off at Jefferson St. and Taylor St.  Walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

The SFO Airport is 16.5 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 23 min...appx. $40.  Less than $20 using Uber Pool... Under $40 with single Uber. You can also book a shuttle service.
