Mission Concourse is newly completely renovated Victorian, a perfect blend of classic details and modern conveniences; the home has not been lived in since the renovation. A large living area adjoins the open plan kitchen with a 58” HDTV with HD channels.

All flooring is hardwood or engineered, all recently installed to the highest standards. Each bedroom has storage for clothing. The entire home is fully decorated by a local designer, much of the artwork by a noted local photographer.

Off the back door you will find a beautiful fully maintained secluded garden with mature citrus trees, local succulents, and seating for 10 on the patio. Downstairs you will have access to a full washer and dryer. Both the yard and the washer/dryer are shared with Mission Terminal.

The floor plan is great for large families, or those that like extra room for work or play. A pack and play portable crib/play area is available for families with small children. Mission Concourse can be rented with the adjoining property, Mission Terminal, for one of San Francisco’s largest rental properties, capable of accommodating up to 14 in luxury.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

Neighborhood: MISSION The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, and Mission Concourse is located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for a generation, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find super-hot bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, and legendary San Francisco eateries like Flour and Water.

Of course you are in the Mission so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan and other ethnic foods at low prices. We like Mis Antojitos on 22nd and Bryan, or even Dona Teresa which is two doors down, both owned by neighbors.

There is a fantastic convenience store steps away on the corner stocking gourmet foods, drinks (including beer, wine, and liquor), ice and other necessary and not-so-necessary items. Across the street you will find a laundry including dry cleaning and finish laundry. Also within a blocks distance are numerous coffee shops, cafes, and other Mission area institutions. A few minutes farther away you can enjoy the bustling neighborhood around 16th and Mission, but you may not want to leave the area right around you.

PARKING SITUATION

Parking spot included for free. If you have a regular sized car (no SUV, van or Sedan) you can use the parking garage. If your car exceeds the regular size you can park in front of the driveway on the street. There is also a Bart station (subway) only a few blocks away so you don’t need a car to move around. There are a few public parking garages nearby:

Fisherman’s Warf is 4 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 17 min. By public transportation: 40 min. Take the bus #12 direction Van Ness and stop at 3rd St. Then take Bus #8x direction Fisherman’s Wharf and stop there (terminal).
