PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Urban Oasis is a semi renovated 1904 Victorian. A perfect blend of classic details like 11 1/2 foot tall ceilings, spacious rooms with natural lighting from 7 foot windows, and modern conveniences. Our property contains a large front room, two bedrooms, kitchen, a long hallway which opens to a foyer for taking off coats and shoes, office, bathroom, laundry room and garden area.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, full closets, dressers and laundry baskets. All beds are equipped with multiple pillows, extra blankets and extra sheets. The couch in the living room can also be turned into a guest bed as well.
Here, you really can have it all. A beautiful bright spacious calming home, including a truly lovely semi wild garden with a barn backing the yard, old fruit trees, succulents, flowers, native bee towers and sculpture, or you can walk out the front door onto 20th St., where within any where between 3 and 10 minutes on foot you can find pretty much anything you desire.
You may decide to spend your days exploring everything that San Francisco has to offer, or you may want to unwind at home where there is everything you could expect from a full kitchen set up and a fully appointed home.
All flooring is original soft wood. The entire home is fully furnished, decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. Clean lines and lovely carpets. Books to enjoy. All of the original one of a kind artwork which has been made by bay area artists. Paintings, works on paper, colleges as well as several vintage paint by numbers. In the garden, its hard to believe your in the middle of the city.

Bedrooms: Both have queen size beds, two pillows, two sets of sheets per room, two comforters per room. These are synthetic pillows and comforters, but nice. Chest of drawers, Full closets, Laundry baskets, wooden hangers. A chair.
Front room: Couch, two chairs, pillows, side tables, large coffee table, floor lamps, flat screen, book case with books.
Office: Desk, chair, bookcase.
Bathroom: Old style clawfoot tub with shower, two full sets of white towels, bath mat. Non-slip mat for inside tub. Hair drier. Toilet paper

LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Neighborhood: The Mission. The Mission is perhaps the trendiest diverse neighborhood San Francisco. It is a mix of families whom have lived in the Mission for years, tech employees, hipsters, and artists. This neighborhood gives you a friendly and interesting view to a true cross section of the city. Within a block or two you will find incredibly popular bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, Flour and water, Sasaki, True Laurel. Brew pubs and neighborhood bars like Southern Pacific Brewery, Shotwells, The Homestead, The Ritespot.
Of course you are in the Mission, so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian and Guatemalan at low prices.

Yet even further, Valencia St. Shopping, Eating, Drinking, Looking, Nightclubs, Bars, Bakeries, It goes on forever. Don’t forget to go to the Pirate supply store (826 Valencia) started by Dave Eggars. Paxton Gate, an interesting funky shop for nature lovers and then some. Dog eared books, the best old time Mission bookstore. Dandelion chocolates. On and on….

PARKING SITUATION
There is no parking available in the building. You can park on the street for free and though it is unlimited in one way, you will need to pay attention to areas that have time limits. There is also a bart station (subway) only a few blocks away so you don’t need a car to move around. There are a few public parking garages nearby as well.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES
The SFO Airport is 11.5 miles away from the property: By car or taxi:19 minutes. You can also book a shuttle service. By public transportation Bart goes from 16th and 24th stations to the Airport. 45 minutes. You will have to transfer in some cases. We are equal distance between these two stations.
OAK, Oakland International Airport: The Oakland Airport is 19.7 miles away, From the Coliseum BART station (Platform 1 & 2 ) you got to Platform 3 which is an 8 minute train ride to the terminal
SJC, San Jose International Airport. The San Jose Airport: 44.4 miles.
