NEIGHBORHOOD: NOE VALLEY Step into classic San Francisco neighborhood living – a small town feeling in a big city with sidewalk cafes, neighborhood bars, cute shops, grocery stores and even a Saturday farmer’s market. Noe Valley is known for being sunny and friendly with easy access to downtown and everything that San Francisco has to offer.
Only a few blocks from fashionable and trendy 24th street, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, including a post office, convenience store and Whole Foods Market (grocery store). Of course there are also trendy boutiques, gift stores, banks, and convenience stores for essentials. Stroll a few blocks further and you can enjoy the nightlife in the hip Mission district, or enjoy a day in the sun in Dolores Park.
PARKING SITUATION
Car is not necessary. There is an easy and convenient public transportation right outside of the property with many options. Light train J-Church Muni within on block and BART system station on 24th Street and Mission Street only few blocks away.
If you decide to bring a car, street parking is available without a permit. Please watch the street cleaning days every other week. You can park on the street but it is limited to two hours during the day and free at night.
