The apartment is on the third floor of a three-story Miraloma Park home. Tall windows on East facing wall allow the sunlight in while providing a bright and sunny ambiance. Noise is minimal or non existent. Garden views from the living area and easy access to a quiet, tree lined back yard.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Neighborhood: MIRALOMA PARK – Western San Francisco
Miraloma Park is a quiet, single-family, mostly owner-occupied West of Twin Peaks neighborhood. There’s easy street parking night and day. Tower Market and a CVS are a few blocks away as is the well-known West Portal shopping area which boasts excellent eateries, wonderful boutique shopping, and great people watching at outdoor spaces in front of Peet’s, Noah’s Bagels and other restaurants.
All appetites can be satisfied on West Portal. We have Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Mexican and Indian eateries. All small and many family owned. Down the hill in Glen Park is Le Petit Laurent, a favorite French bistro. West Portal also offers dry cleaners, a few local bars, a hardware store, wine bars, blow out hair bars and numerous coffee shops.

There is safe and free street parking in the neighborhood.

The 36 Teresita Bus stops in front of the house and provides connections to MUNI and BART. Union Square is 20 minutes away by BART. The San Francisco Airport is a short 15 minute ride away. Downtown is 5 miles by car. There is easy access to the rest of San Francisco, Marin and the Peninsula.
