Neighborhood: POTRERO HILL – MISSION. The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco and the Potrero Hill neighborhood is one of the most desirable neighborhood to live in. The property is located in the border of these two. Mission: A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for generations, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Potrero Hill: Potrero Hill is a residential neighborhood known for its views of the San Francisco Bay and city skyline, its close proximity to many destination spots, its sunny weather, and for having two freeways and a Caltrain station. Initially a working-class neighborhood until gentrification in the 1990s, it is now an upper-middle-class family-oriented neighborhood.

The property is located in a quiet residential street away from activity. Within few blocks and walking distance you will find a Whole Foods center with its famous brew bar on the Potrero side. A very convinient local sandwich place is just across the street and also a renown sushi restaurant, Live, is just two blocks away. Parking spot included in front of the garage of the house, driveway. You only need to move the car on Monday from 9AM to11 AM for the street cleaning otherwise you will get a ticket.

The Moscone Center is 1.9 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 10 min. By public transportation: 25 min. Take the bus #9 just around the corner on Potrero Avenue and stop at Market Street and 3rd Street. You can also use the BART (subway). Walk to Mission Street and 16th Street station.
