Light filled house in Bernal Heights, the SF neighborhood closest to both southbound freeways. Cozy, bright, and very warm feeling with ample space for 5 people.

The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs, adjacent to the garage. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a Tempur-Pedic queen sized bed. The second bedroom (upstairs) has a twin bed and a desk with a large monitor on it. The downstairs bedroom, which is converted from basement space, has a queen sized bed. There is 1 bathroom with a shower over a bathtub.

We have a large gourmet kitchen with six burner Thermadoor Stove, a large dining room with room for six at the table, and are walking distance to the local organic grocery store.  Our WiFi is super speedy (12 GBPS) and we have a large, 65 inch flat screen HDTV with Apple TV and all the streaming services (Prime, Max, Hulu, Netflix, etc). The washing machine and dryer are yours to use, and not only is parking on our street very easy (a rarity in San Francisco) but our driveway is also available.
